Emily Lustig

Emily Lustig currently serves as Vice President of Investments at Summit Hotel Properties, Inc., starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Emily was Vice President of Acquisitions at Arbor Lodging Partners from February 2021 to September 2024 and held the position of Vice President at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, where involvement included the sale of over 30 hotel transactions totaling $2.0 billion. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at HVS, with responsibilities in property appraisal and analysis, and as an Assistant Operations Manager at Marriott International, where Emily completed the Management Development Program. Emily holds a degree in Hospitality Business, Real Estate & Development from Michigan State University and has been engaged with the Appraisal Institute since 2012.
