Jason Seibel currently serves as the Chief Operating & Innovation Officer at Summit Human Capital since October 2023 and has extensive experience as the Founder, Consultant & Coach at Performance Management Group, LLC since December 2017, specializing in strategies that help companies significantly increase revenue without additional marketing costs. In addition to their roles at AR Homes® by Arthur Rutenberg and Startup Virginia as an Executive Board Member and Mentor/Advisor respectively, Jason held previous leadership positions including Managing Partner at Massage Envy, Vice President of Operations & Integration at CenturyLink, Senior Vice President at CACI International Inc, and CEO of QTC, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin. Jason's academic background includes a Doctor of Science and a Master of Science from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida and a Master's Certificate from Villanova University, supporting a strong foundation in Systems Engineering and Operations Research.
