Joseph Thangaraja is an accomplished IT Architect Specialist at FIS since January 2020, focusing on the design phase of database management for new applications. With extensive experience as a Senior DBA Subject Matter Expert at Summit Human Capital and a former Database Administrator Team Lead for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Joseph has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing and supporting various database services, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Previous roles include leading database teams at CACI International Inc and U.S. Energy Information Administration, along with significant contributions to multi-terabyte Oracle OLTP databases at Verisign Inc. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Information Science from Strayer University and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Madras, complemented by a strong foundational background in Statistics, Mathematics, and Computer Programming.
