Shelley's background also includes roles in the insurance industry as an agent and account executive, demonstrating strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities. Early career accomplishments include co-owning a metal fabrication company and serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the United States Air Force, where recognition included the title of Administrative Airman of the Year. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
