Chelsea is an analytical and strategic consultant with experience in multi-rater feedback, developing selection systems, employee surveys, leadership development, and various data techniques. She has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, project management, assessment, and talent management.
Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, Chelsea managed Global Talent Assessment for Sealed Air – a manufacturer for protective and food packaging. She built the assessment strategy and implemented tools for hiring and developing employees throughout the enterprise, including 360-feedback, structured interview guides, talent dashboards, engagement, and functional pre-hire assessments for supply chain and customer service. She also held various talent management and research positions at Ingersoll Rand and UNC Charlotte.
Chelsea holds a PhD in Organizational Science and an MA in Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as BS degrees in Psychology and English Literature from Elon University.
