Chris Gaskill

Chris Gaskill serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Summit Materials since August 2015, overseeing corporate governance, SEC and NYSE compliance, and corporate finance, while also guiding the Board and its committees. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Counsel and Assistant Secretary at The Western Union Company from 2012 to 2015, focusing on corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and governance matters. Earlier experience includes Senior Counsel for Corporate and Securities at Cardinal Health and an associate role at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Chris managed diverse corporate legal matters. Chris Gaskill earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
