William Mault

William Mault, CFA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. William is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Summit Midstream Partners, LP, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development, Finance & Treasurer at the same company from February 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Summit Midstream Partners, LP, William worked at SunTrust as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate from July 2013 to June 2016 and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst from August 2011 to June 2013. William also gained experience as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at P&M Corporate Finance - PMCF from February 2010 to August 2011 and as an Investment Research Analyst at Plante Moran Financial Advisors from June 2007 to January 2010. Additionally, William worked as a Treasury Management Analyst at Chemical Bank from June 2006 to June 2007.

William Mault, CFA earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance/Banking, Economics, and Management from Northwood University in the years 2004 to 2007. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained several certifications including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in July 2011. William also holds the Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 registrations as a FINRA Licensed Securities Representative, which were obtained in March 2010.
