Jim Paradise

Jim Paradise is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in branch management and loan origination. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Summit Mortgage Corporation since September 2023, Jim opened a new branch in Pinckney/Hamburg following the closure of University Lending Group's Livingston County location. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at University Lending Group from April to October 2023, where responsibilities included re-establishing the office in the community. Jim has previously managed a branch at Envoy Mortgage, served as Team Lead and Licensed Loan Officer at AmeriFirst Home Mortgage, and started in the industry as a Mortgage Consultant at Home Loan Specialists. Additionally, Jim is an inventor of the patented Athletic Glove Grabber, designed for golfers. With a career starting in 2001, Jim has consistently contributed to the mortgage sector, demonstrating a commitment to client service and community engagement.
