Eve Barnes, MA, CSSBB has a strong background in risk management, performance improvement, and compliance. Eve worked as the Director of Risk Management, Performance Improvement, & Compliance at Summit Oaks Hospital, where they partnered with the CEO and HRD to create organization-wide policies and procedures. Eve also provided cross-functional leadership coaching and mentoring and analyzed key performance indicator metrics to improve process efficiency. Eve Barnes, MA, CSSBB, obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Social Services at the same institution from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University, which they obtained in February and March of 2022.
