Vanessa Onyejiaka M.D.

Vanessa Onyejiaka, MD, is a highly qualified psychiatrist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Staff Psychiatrist at both Summit Oaks Hospital since May 2020 and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center since October 2019, Vanessa has also held a position as a Resident Physician at Howard University Hospital since June 2014. Additionally, Vanessa completed a Fellowship at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School from July 2018 to June 2020 and briefly worked as a Staff Psychiatrist at Rutgers-University Behavioral Health Care in early 2020. Vanessa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Michigan State University and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University.
