Karen Gustafson

Karen Gustafson has more than 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 as an Internal Auditor at 3M. Karen then moved on to become a Contract Manager at 3M Infusion Therapy / Graseby Medical Inc. from 1993 to 1998. After that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at SIMS Deltec, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, Karen joined Allina Health and held various roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and Finance Director until 2017. Currently, they are working as the Director of Finance at Summit Orthopedics, a position they have held since 2017.

Karen Gustafson completed their education with a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting and Computer Science from the same university from 1987 to 1991. Karen also received their High School Diploma from Tartan High School in the period of 1983 to 1986.
