Brandon Smith, CDM, CFPP has an extensive background in the food and nutrition industry, with experience ranging from Production Manager to General Manager across various healthcare facilities. Currently, Brandon is serving as a Volunteer Firefighter at Grays Harbor Fire District 2 and holds the position of Manager/Executive Chef Food and Nutrition at Summit Pacific Medical Center. Throughout their career, Brandon has also taken on roles such as Director of Food and Nutrition, Operations Manager, and Executive Chef at different Sodexo locations. Graduating from Antelope Valley College with an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, Brandon has a strong foundation in both culinary arts and business management.
