Johannes N. Grefe

Johannes joined Summit Partners in 2012 and is a Managing Director on the Growth Products & Services team in Europe. He is a German national and speaks English, German and Spanish.

Johannes' board and investment experience include Cinerius Financial Partners, Energy Aspects, GRESB, Normec (acquired by Astorg), OnRobot, Peak Well Systems (acquired by Schlumberger), ProGlove (acquired by Nordic Capital), RadioOnkologieNetzwerk (acquired by Medipass), Sézane (acquired by General Atlantic), Sipartech (acquired by Blackstone), Solactive and zahneins (acquired by PAI Partners).

Prior to Summit, Johannes worked for Vitruvian Partners, TA Associates and Lazard.

Johannes received an MSc in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany with the highest distinction and an MS in engineering management from Portland State University.
