Erin Elzey

Erin Elzey is currently a Stop Loss Coordinator at Summit Re. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Receptionist at INTEGRITY PHYSICAL THERAPY OF INDIANA LLC from May 2015 to July 2018. In this role, Erin was responsible for greeting, checking in, and introducing new clients to the company. Erin also made sure that each client's needs were met and that they were comfortable with the therapists. Erin was also responsible for obtaining payments, scheduling future appointments, and maintaining communication with clients. One of their most profound accomplishments was being able to maintain composure with a difficult client and see that their initial composure, in addition to a therapist's great care, was able to completely transform the client's attitude and perspective.

Erin Elzey has some college experience in the field of health science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Erin also has a high school diploma from Huntington North High School in the field of high school/secondary diploma programs.

Erin Elzey reports to Kris Lahey, Assistant Vice President, Director Claims/Operations. They are on a team with Kathy Kalthoff - Managed Care Coordinator, Jennifer Underwood - Stop Loss Coordinator, and Ernestine Fincher - Claims Manager.
