Sarah Pavel

Sarah Pavel is currently a Stop Loss Underwriter at Summit Re. Sarah has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. Sarah started their career at Lincoln Re, where they were Vice President of Sales. Sarah was responsible for developing the direct reinsurance sales force and personally selling and renewing business. Sarah also developed ancillary and other insurance products for health plans. In November 1999, they left Lincoln Re to become one of the five owners of Summit Re. As owner, they were responsible for sales and service. Sarah left Summit Re in December 2009 to join Summit Reinsurance as a Stop Loss Underwriter.
