Serena Milani

Serena Milani is a Recruitment Consultant at Summit Search Group since November 2022, previously serving as a Senior Talent Management Student at Toronto Hydro, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and student recruiting oversight. Prior experience includes roles as a Visual Merchandiser at Linwell Gardens Ltd. and various positions at Real Canadian Superstore, including Health and Beauty Associate and Garden Center Associate. Serena holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and an Honours BA in Political Science with a specialization in Legal Studies and a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
