Sonja Schurig

Sonja Schurig, MBA, is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Product Leader at Summit Software Solutions since June 2024. Previously, Sonja held the position of VP of Product at Rupie, where the focus was on optimizing talent sourcing for the Games and Web3 industries using machine learning. Prior roles include VP of Product at WorkStep, where Sonja established product and design processes to drive growth, and Director of Product Management at Degreed, contributing to significant revenue growth through the launch of new products. Additional experience includes management positions at MartizCX, Fusion-io, LANDesk Software, and IBM, with a strong foundation in quality assurance and product development.
