David Ligh

David Ligh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental policy and public relations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Summit Strategy Group, LLC, and Principal at Capstone Public Policy Solutions since 2023, Ligh previously held notable positions at ExxonMobil from 2001 to 2022 as a Senior Issues Advisor and State Government Relations Manager. Earlier roles include Legislative and Regulatory Policy Analyst at Tosco Corporation and Administrator of Environmental Policy Analysis at Unocal. Ligh began a career in environmental engineering at AeroVironment, Inc. from 1986 to 1991.
