Prior roles include Enterprise Agile Coach at Agilious and Software Development Project Manager at Radiant Solutions, where strategic adoption of Agile practices was emphasized. Steve's career began at Nortel Networks, progressing through various roles including Software Architect and Software Design Manager, focusing on the development of media gateway systems. With a BA in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas, Steve combines technical expertise with business acumen to facilitate organizational transformation.
