Pam Heeps

Pam Heeps has been working at Summit Technical Solutions, LLC since 2011, holding various leadership positions. Pam started as an Operations Deputy and then served as a Business Services Manager. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Business Services. Currently, Pam is the Vice President of Business Services, a role they have held since December 2019.

Pam Heeps earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Forensic Psychology at Russell Sage Graduate School.
