Currently serving as a Partner at Summit Technology Consulting Group since September 2018, Jeff previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Orrstown Bank from August 2013 to August 2018. Jeff's earlier roles include Vice President and Application Development Lead at JPMorgan Chase, Software Architect at BeneCard PBF, and Consultant at Versatile Systems, Inc. A strong foundation in technology was built during tenures at JPMorgan Chase, Payment Technologies, EDS, and American Management Systems. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Information Science, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
