Rami Zaazaa

Rami Zaazaa has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Rami began their career at Orascom Technology Solutions as a Field Service Manager from 2005 to 2009. Zaazaa then joined Summit Technology Solutions in 2009 and held the positions of MIS & Customer Service Operation Manager and CIO & Customer Service Operation Head until 2014. During their time at Summit Technology Solutions, they were responsible for managing customer service operations, implementing new financial systems, merging databases, launching web applications, and improving sales order processes. In 2014, they briefly worked as the Chief Operation Officer at Unicom Gulf Information Technology before returning to Summit Technology Solutions as the Head of IT, Quality Program Manager, and Outsourcing Business Entity Manager Convergent Networking Opera. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of PMO Manager and Head of IT & Customer service operation at Summit Technology Solutions.

Rami Zaazaa has a diverse education history. Rami earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University between 1994 and 1999. Following this, they attended Collège Saint Marc from 1980 to 1994 and obtained a Sanawiyah Amah degree in Sciences.

In terms of postgraduate education, Rami pursued two Master's degrees. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Paris ESLSCA Business School and completed a Master's degree in Marketing. Concurrently, in 2012 to 2013, they also pursued a Master's degree in Management at McMillan University, located in the USA.

Additionally, Rami obtained several certifications throughout their career. Noteworthy certifications include ITIL Service Strategy - ITIL expert track from ITIL TRAINING in January 2014, ITIL Foundation V3 from EXIN in May 2013, and a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) certification from Microsoft in June 2003. Other certifications include CCDA-Cisco Certified Design Associate and CCNA-Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in May and February 2003, respectively. Rami also obtained HP STAR Certified service Professional certifications from Hewlett-Packard in June 2001 for HP LASERJET Monochrome + MFP and HP LASERJET Personal. Furthermore, they hold an Oracle Developer/2000 Master certification from Oracle University, earned in March 2001. Finally, Rami achieved Diplome de Langue Francaise from Le Conseil D'Administration de l'Alliance Francaise in March 1993 through ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE.
