Breanna Kelly

Breanna Kelly currently serves as Sr. Corporate Counsel for SEC & Contracts at Summit Therapeutics, Inc., a position held since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Counsel at GameStop, along with an associate position at Vinson & Elkins. Breanna contributed as Senior Staff Editor for the Washington University Law Review and completed an internship with Judge David D. Noce at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Additional experience encompasses legal internships at various organizations, including Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, where Breanna focused on civil litigation. Academically, Breanna holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California State University, Fullerton.
