Rudolph Valentino

Rudolph Valentino has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Rudolph currently serves as the Vice President at Summit Therapeutics, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Nektar Therapeutics as the Head of Drug Safety from April 2022 to July 2023 and as the Executive Director of Nektar Therapeutics Safety Science from April 2021 to March 2022. From January 2015 to April 2021, they held the position of Sr. Director of Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, and Epidemiology at Pharmacyclics. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Risk Management Scientific Lead at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson from June 2013 to December 2014, and as an Associate Director at AstraZeneca from October 2005 to June 2013.

Rudolph Valentino earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
