John Hofmeister started their career at Russell Speeder's Car Wash in 2004, where they worked in various first-line roles and developed their sales and interpersonal skills. John later became a General Manager, responsible for all aspects of the business. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Human Resource Development and Training Manager at Russell Speeder's Car Wash and stayed in that position until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Summit Wash Holdings, where they lead the development and execution of training programs for all levels of the organization.

John Hofmeister obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bellevue University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. John also holds additional certifications in Car Wash Repairs and Maintenance from Sonny's Enterprises Inc. - Conveyorized Car Wash Equipment Leader (obtained in 2012) and Predictive Index from The Predictive Index (obtained in 2006).
