Matt Bruggeman

Matt Bruggeman has extensive work experience in the design and construction industry. Matt is currently working as the VP of Design & Construction at Summit Wash Holdings since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Construction at Spotless Car Wash Brands from March 2022 to August 2022. From October 2020 to March 2022, Matt held the position of Director of Design & Construction at Woodie's Wash Shack.

Matt also has a strong background in construction management, having served in various roles at TBC Corporation from October 2013 to October 2020. These roles include Director of Design & Construction, Senior Construction Manager, and Construction Manager.

Before their involvement in the design and construction field, Matt worked in property management and leasing in commercial real estate at American Commercial Realty Corp. from an unknown start date to October 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Realtor at Illustrated Properties from an unknown start date to 2012.

Matt began their professional career as the Vice President of Bruggeman Construction Inc. from January 2005 to July 2009.

Matt Bruggeman studied Management and Real Estate at Florida Atlantic University.
