Raymond Underwood III

Raymond Underwood III has extensive experience in development, construction, and operations management within the car wash industry. Raymond most recently served as the Chief Development Officer at Summit Wash Holdings starting in August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Development and Construction at Spotless Car Wash Brands from March 2022 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Development & Operations at Woodie's Wash Shack from October 2020 to February 2022. Earlier in their career, Raymond held multiple leadership roles at TBC Corporation, including Vice President of Real Estate & Development from May 2017 to October 2020. Raymond also worked as a Managing Director of Operations & Business Development at Sustainable Equity Partners from July 2009 to April 2011 and served as the Executive Director at The Borland Center from April 2005 to July 2009.

Raymond Underwood III completed their BBA in Finance at Stetson University from 2000 to 2004. Raymond then pursued an MBA in Finance at Florida Atlantic University from 2007 to 2009. In 2016, they attended Kellogg Executive Education for a program on Strategic Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances.
