Carl Parmer

Mr. Parmer has an extensive background in the ownership and management of radio and television companies through the United States. Mr. Parmer was the President and co-Chief Executive Officer of Heftel Broadcasting Corporation; CEO of H and P Communications; CEO of H and P Radio LLC and CEO of Broadcasting Management, Inc. Prior to his broadcasting career, Mr. Parmer spent several years on Wall Street where he was Vice President/Shareholder of Kidder, Peabody, and Company. Mr. Parmer is currently the Chairman/CEO of Summit Media LLC
