Preston Miller has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and HR roles. Preston started their career as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot in 2004. Preston then moved on to Texas Health Resources, where they worked as a Manager of HR Programs, Services, Design, and Support. In this role, they led a strategic development team to redesign HR processes and maximize customer service.

From there, they joined Methodist Health System as an HR and Operational Executive, overseeing multiple departments and completing a Healthcare Operations Residency. Preston then transitioned to Houston Methodist as a Human Resources Executive, supporting the flagship hospital and corporate services.

Miller's next role was at shiftkey, where they served as the EVP of Strategic Business Operations. Preston focused on creating new revenue organizations and building new service lines. Their most recent position is at Summus Healthcare, where they are the SVP of Operations and Customer Engagement, working to improve the patient and physician experience through coordination and value-based care.

Preston Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from Dallas Baptist University.
