David Bailey

David Bailey, Ph.D. has extensive experience in business development and licensing management within the gaming industry. David has worked as a Senior Licensing Manager at Games Workshop Ltd from February 2019 to July 2021, where they focused on video games and played a crucial role in new business development, marketing, cross promotions, relationship management, negotiation, and contract drafting. Prior to that, they served as a Business Development Manager at FortuneFish Ltd from April 2014 to February 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Business Affairs Director at Sumo Group starting from August 2021.

David Bailey, Ph.D. completed their education with a Doctorate (PhD) in Sustainable Architectural Engineering - Pre-fabricated Housing from the University of Nottingham, which they attended from 2010 to 2016. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Sustainable Energy and Entrepreneurship from the same university from 2009 to 2010. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Architectural Environment Engineering, was also earned from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
