Alyson Yamauchi

Alyson Yamauchi has a diverse work experience in the legal field, with a focus on the entertainment industry. Alyson is currently working as a Legal Counsel at FaZe Clan, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Television Business and Legal Affairs at MRC Studios from 2018 to 2020, where they negotiated and reviewed various agreements for television development and production. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Reder & Feig LLP, providing production legal services for scripted television shows and films. In 2014 and 2016, they worked at Legendary Entertainment as a Contract Administrator, drafting and maintaining various production agreements. Alyson also has experience as a Contract Administrator at The Walt Disney Studios from 2012 to 2014, negotiating and drafting agreements for syndicate and new media distribution. Alyson has also worked in various legal clerk positions at ABC Studios, Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, and Fox Cable Networks. Alyson's educational background includes a JD from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.

Alyson Yamauchi obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a higher degree and attended Chapman University Fowler School of Law from 2009 to 2012. Alyson achieved a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a focus on Entertainment Law during their time at Chapman University.
