Ian Wagner

Ian Wagner is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various companies in strategic finance and corporate development roles. As Vice President of FP&A at Sumo Logic since April 2024, Ian leverages skills developed during tenures at VideoAmp, Livingstone, ReachLocal, and UBS Investment Bank. At VideoAmp, leadership was demonstrated by managing FP&A, strategic finance initiatives, and capital raises totaling over $450 million while also evaluating acquisition opportunities. Previous roles at Livingstone and ReachLocal involved deal origination, execution, and leading corporate transactions, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions across the technology and marketing sectors. Ian's foundational experience in corporate finance at Houlihan Lokey and UBS reinforced a robust analytical background and comprehensive market insights.
