Omid Mortazavi

Omid Mortazavi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and deploying advanced software solutions. Currently a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Sumo Logic since July 2014, Omid has held several positions within the company, including Staff Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Twitter, where Omid developed a real-time trend detection service and created monitoring tools, and a tenure at Tagged focused on recommender systems and full stack development. Additionally, Omid has experience as a Firmware Engineer at Broadcom and as a Research Assistant at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where significant contributions to scientific research were made.
