James Rees

James Rees is a seasoned technology professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product design and technology management. As a Co-Founder of Movement since March 2022 and Co-founder and Partner at ChangeLab since July 2018, James has focused on developing innovative products for diverse clients. Previous roles include serving as Product Engineer at SumOfUs, where James created an advanced email analytics platform, and at Organise, where James led the development of a decentralized action tool. As Chief Technology Officer at 38 Degrees from February 2012 to December 2016, James was responsible for the technology platform’s success, managing millions of visits and multiple applications. James began professional endeavors with various roles, including Research Intern at The Young Foundation and Freelance Social Media Campaigner for "Battlefront." James holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
