Joshua Prataviera has extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Sumosan since May 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Assistant General Manager Operations at SumosanTwiga from October 2016 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Joshua worked with the Calzedonia Group as a store manager and adetto alle vendite from October 2012 to January 2015, and served as store manager at Alexandra Abbigliamento from March 2009 to September 2012. Joshua pursued studies in Economics at Università degli Studi di Trieste, achieving a fuori corso degree.

Sumosan
Sumosan, a contemporary Japanese concept, was first launched in Moscow, Russia in 1997 by Alexander Wolkow in the Radisson Slavjanskya Hotel. After developing Sumosan in Moscow, Janina Wolkow, daughter of Alexander Wolkow, launched Sumosan London in 2002. The Wolkow restaurants are internationally renowned for serving some of the best Japanese food outside of Japan. The standards of sushi and sashimi are both excellent, due to the high quality of raw materials used. Since its opening in 2002 Sumosan has joined the ranks of the top three Japanese restaurants in London, known for being discreet, hence attracting an A-list clientele as well as achieving countless culinary awards. A decade later Sumosan still offers exquisite Japanese food remaining the favourite of many discerning Londoners. Sumosan caters for a host of private and corporate events, including catering for the Chelsea Football Club VIP boxes and several private airlines including Shannon Air, CIS and Private Air.
