Bill Rappleyea has extensive experience in law enforcement and the food service industry. Since April 2006, Bill has served as a Deputy Sheriff in the Road Patrol division at Sumter County Sheriff's Office. Prior to this role, Bill worked in the restaurant industry, initially as a "Cowboy" Manager at Roadhouse Grill from 1995 to 2001, with a stint as Kitchen Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from January 1999 to January 2000. Bill returned to Roadhouse Grill after gaining experience in Lexington, Kentucky.
