Rattos James is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as Group General Manager at Sun Africa Hotels and General Manager at Chobe Safari Lodge, Rattos has held several leadership roles across various esteemed organizations since 1996. Notably, Rattos has a strong background in sales and marketing, event planning, and food and beverage operations, having previously worked as Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing at Sheraton Hotel and managed food and beverage operations at Sheraton Kampala Hotel. Rattos holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College and has built a reputation for achieving budgetary goals and maintaining high service standards throughout a progressive career in the hospitality sector.
