Mark Gustavson

Mark Gustavson is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience as a pilot. Currently serving as Part 135 PIC at Freedom Jets Aviation Inc since January 2019 and holding a similar role with the Hawker 800XP at Sun Air Jets since July 2017, Mark also functions as Chief Pilot at Monterey Bay Aviation since July 1990. Additional experience includes serving as Hawker 1000 Captain at Tutor Perini for a brief period in 2012 and working as a Hawker Pilot with TAG Aviation from March 2001 to October 2007. Early career highlights include a position as First Officer on the Boeing 727-225 with Eastern Airlines from May 1988 to January 1990. Mark holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Economy from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Sociology and Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, both earned between 1969 and 1974.
