Ziad Jawadi, Vice President of Operations, joined Sun Capital in 2022. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Ziad was a Strategy & Operations Manager at Google where he served as the ‘COO’ of the Waze Global SMB team. Ziad was responsible for setting the strategy for the business and working with senior leadership to execute it. Prior to Google, Ziad spent several years as a consultant with Bain & Company, where he worked with a broad array of global clients to drive operational and strategic excellence by leading key client turnarounds. Ziad received his BA from Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude, and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
