Raheel Ahmed

Raheel Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and software engineering. Raheel started their career as a Software Engineer (Database) at ilead Integrated in July 2014 and worked until November 2015. Raheel then joined MT Works as a Software Engineer (Database) in December 2015 and stayed with the company until April 2017.

In May 2017, Raheel Ahmed transitioned to Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts as a Senior SQL BI Developer, where they have been working until the present.

Raheel Ahmed further enhanced their skills and expertise by joining ICT Intelligence (Pty) Ltd as a Data Engineer from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are employed at Hewmann Ltd as a Data Engineer since November 2022.

Raheel Ahmed has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Virtual University of Pakistan, which was obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab in 2010. In terms of certifications, Raheel obtained the MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Development certification from Microsoft in 2020. Raheel also acquired certifications in Implementing a Data Warehouse, Developing SQL Databases, and Querying Data with Transact-SQL from Microsoft in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, Raheel received certifications in Hadoop Foundations - Level 1, Spark - Level 1, and Big Data Foundations - Level 1 from IBM in 2022.
