Allen Walker

Allen Walker has extensive experience in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as the IT Senior Product Owner for Airport Operations at Sun Country Airlines since December 2017. In this role, Allen manages enterprise-level applications and oversees their installation, configuration, and maintenance, while also leading upgrade and patch management processes. Prior positions at Sun Country Airlines include Senior Application Administrator and Senior EFB Administrator, where responsibilities included lifecycle management of Apple devices and documentation for FAA compliance regarding EFB applications. Additionally, Allen has provided expert technical support as a Genius at Apple since November 2012, diagnosing and resolving complex issues with Apple products and software.
