Kelly Kippels

Kelly Kippels has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and airline industries, currently serving as a Flight Attendant and Inflight Air Transportation Supervisor at Sun Country Airlines since July 2012. Previously, Kippels owned and operated an upscale casual dining restaurant, Axel’s Tavern and Pig On The Porch, from March 2002 until December 2024. Kippels also has extensive consulting experience as a Restaurant Operations and Training Consultant for Kippels n' Kids LLC since 1996, focusing on new restaurant openings, training, and operations. Kippels held various training and management roles at MN Airlines (Sun Country Airlines) and Champps, where responsibilities included corporate training, employee development, and new store openings. Kippels holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University and an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the American Society of Training and Development.
