Rose Neale

Rose Neale is Sun Country Airlines General Counsel and Senior Vice President. Prior to being named General Counsel in July 2022, Rose was Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Airport Affairs, overseeing legal matters, airport relations, and facilities. Prior to joining Sun Country in 2021, she was managing counsel of Castlelake, a top quartile private equity investment advisor where she had legal oversight for Castelake’s aviation investments. She has also practiced corporate law and was legal counsel for an investment firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her BS from the University of Arizona. She has a Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
