Claudia Schwartz Knippers

Claudia Schwartz Knippers serves as the Assistant Director of Communications at Sun Devil Athletics, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Claudia held roles such as Credentials Operations Associate at the Fiesta Bowl and PR/Communications Assistant with the Round Rock Express, where responsibilities included gameday material preparation and social media management. With experience as a Social Media Intern for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Claudia developed engaging content and executed fan engagement initiatives. Claudia also contributed as Gameday Media Relations Staff for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club and held the sports information director position for water polo at Sun Devil Athletics during multiple seasons. Claudia's education includes a forthcoming Master's degree in Communication from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Business and Management from the same institution.
