Technical Chief at Sun Garden

Serhiy Stepanchuk started their work experience as an Engineer at Scientific-production commercial firm "AKMA" in 2006. Serhiy then worked as a Constructor/Technical Designer at Dora Instrument from September 2007 to August 2008. After that, they joined Arterium as an Electronic Engineer in August 2008 and later became the Chief of Repair Planning Department in December 2016. In 2010, they started working part-time as an Engineer at Ukrainian National Forestry University, where they were involved in scientific research, student teaching, and engineering on woodworking machinery and tools. Finally, in May 2019, they assumed the role of Technical Chief at Sun Garden.

Serhiy Stepanchuk began their education at Zhytomyr Technological College from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Junior Specialist degree in Systems Automate Production. Serhiy then pursued their Master's degree in Woodworking Machinery at Ukrainian National Forestry University from 2003 to 2006. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, they obtained their Ph.D. (Candidate of Technical Sciences) in Machines for Earthworks, Road Works, and Forestry from the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Serhiy has acquired a number of additional certifications throughout their career. These include completing courses such as "Basic course GMP," "Audits in Pharmaceutical Quality System," "Case Study: Leader Communication, Negotiation, Time- Management: Planning and Delegating," and "MS Project" at Arterium. Serhiy has also completed courses in programming languages like C#, Java, and C++, as well as courses in software testing fundamentals. Serhiy has also participated in training programs such as the "School of Leadership" and the "School of Corporate Teachers" offered by Arterium. Lastly, Serhiy has completed English courses at the Agency "Parad mov" in Lviv.
