Hang Mai

Hang Mai currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at MCG and Partners since August 2024. Prior to this role, Hang held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Sun Group from August 2019 to July 2024, alongside serving as an OD and Talent Management Practitioner. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director at Navigos Search and participating in the Executive Development Program at Vingroup. Earlier in the career, Hang was Director of Solutions at Navigos Search Vietnam and Talent Development Manager at Manpower Vietnam. Work experience also includes roles as Policy and Communication Coordinator at Young Lives, University of Oxford, Project Manager at CARE International in Vietnam, and Lecturer of Economics at Thang Long University. Hang Mai holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the ISS-NEU MA Program completed in 2002.
