Todd Hornback

Todd Hornback is the current director at Sun Health Corporation. Prior to this, they were the executive director of community life at DMB Associates from February 2005 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of community life leadership, including setting vision and direction, overseeing all paid and unpaid staff, and developing team/organizational systems and resource frameworks for community affairs, community engagement, and community operations of both West Valley, Arizona communities. Todd was also responsible for actively supporting DMB/community values, vision, and philosophies and leading the Community Life team. As leader of three community building enterprises, they helped them achieve their missions of creating legacy communities. Todd managed seven office locations, 30 employees, 200 volunteers, and an annual budget of $12 million. Their responsibilities included, but were not limited to: overseeing all aspects of community operations, governance, and community-building programs at DMB's Marley Park and Verrado communities; supervising all on-site community staff, including the Community Operations Team, Community Engagement Team, Community Affairs Team, and Community Alliance Relationships; developing and managing the approved annual budgets for the Verrado Community Association, Verrado Assembly, and the Marley Park Community Association; cultivating positive, mutually beneficial relationships between Marley Park/Verrado and the community at large, including local governmental entities, school district personnel, social and civic groups, and other important entities and organizations; encouraging a dynamic collaboration between organizations such as

Todd Hornback received their Master of Human Services Administration (MHS) from National University in Non Profit Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health Education and Promotion from San Diego State University. Todd also has Executive Education Certificates from Stanford University in Finance & Business Administration and from Harvard University in Planning & Community Design.
