Wendy Labadie

Wendy Norman, M.Ed., currently serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Solutions at Sun Health, a position held since February 2017, with a history of roles including SVP of HR & Organizational Development and VP of HR & Organizational Development. Prior to their time at Sun Health, Wendy was Chief HR Officer at Banner Health, where leadership and counsel were provided to senior management in human resource management, significantly enhancing recruitment, retention, and employee engagement metrics. Wendy also developed strategies to improve patient experiences and facilitated key organizational changes during a hospital acquisition. Earlier in Wendy's career, at Pulte Homes, Inc., management of organizational effectiveness and training initiatives contributed to improved leadership and team performance. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Michigan.
