Tasos Kousloglou

Tasos Kousloglou currently serves as the CEO of the Hotel Division at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in Hong Kong, overseeing a prestigious portfolio that includes several notable hotels. With extensive experience in the hospitality and asset management sectors, Kousloglou previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Management for Asia at JLL, where a portfolio of over 20 hospitality assets was managed. Additional roles include Corporate Director of Finance at Emaar Hospitality Group and Head of Asset Management at OUE Group / Meritus Hotels & Resorts, among others. Kousloglou’s educational credentials include multiple advanced degrees from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Macedonia, complemented by an alumnus status at Harvard Business School. Furthermore, Kousloglou served as President of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2017, highlighting leadership within the industry.
