Immadisetty Bala

Immadisetty Bala currently serves as Associate Director Project Management at SunLife, responsible for overseeing the Wealth & Pensions portfolio of projects since May 2022. Previously, Bala held several senior roles at AXA Insurance Company from November 2016 to May 2022, including Senior Project Manager, where key projects involved the Move to Cloud strategy and the Data Quality Program, among others. Bala's earlier experience includes lead consultant positions at Capgemini, where responsibilities ranged from managing the AXA-HSBC integration to enhancing general insurance systems. Bala's career commenced at Qualhub Solutions PVT LTD as a Test Engineer, after obtaining an MBA in Finance from Madurai Kamaraj University.
